365 Industrial Solutions is looking for a Custom Fabrication estimator / project manager. You’ll prepare bids, coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, interpret CAD drawings, and support project execution and billing.
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency with Excel/Outlook, Adobe, and tender portals; Google Docs
- 3+ years working with CAD drawings
- Strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of H&S procedures; sourcing experience is an asset
- G class driver’s licence; strong written & verbal English
- Comfortable with outreach and new-business development
Functions & Responsibilities
- Prepare estimates for labour, equipment, materials, and subs
- Review scope; coordinate day-to-day vendor/sub communications
- Solicit competitive pricing and ensure safety/quality standards
- Collaborate on bid pricing, schedules, and execution plans
- Review subcontractor inclusions/exclusions for completeness
- Produce detail drawings as required
